We have worked on a provisional agenda and would like to ask you before distributing it to all NCs. We would like to include 3 Showcases from successful countries. This would be of course Spain and Italy because of the successful way they organise events every year and Germany because they we able to improve massively compared to the last years.
This showcase should briefly explain how you as National Coordinators work and maybe explain some tricks or best practices you have. Especially Spain’s success is a role model and all can learn from your best practices...
